what happened to Pending H4/EAD After joining new employer based on H1B Transfer
Will USCIS reject omegle xender both H4 and EAD or they will reissue RFE for provide new H1 petition number ?

Need help because H4 biometric is done and still waiting for Approval on H4 but after moving to the new company old employer will revoke the H1B

Will USCIS reject both H4 and EAD or they will reissue RFE for provide new H1 petition number ?
Answer: Most of the time they will issue RFE to seek primary applicant's maintenance of status documents. That too need is only if previous H1B was withdrawn by your previous Employer. If they have not withdrawn at the time of H4 adjudication, it will be approved and subsequently H4 EAD also will be approved.
