Day trading on H1b

Hello all,

I would like to know if I canday trading (not investing for long term) while I am on h1b visa ?
If the answers is Yes then are there any restrictions/limitations?
like number of trades per day/month/year, any amount limit, any profit on share limit?

If No, will it be considered second job or any visa violation ? Did anybody received any RFE or have questioned on this ?

Day trading isn't technically employment, so I think you should be okay- not that this is legal advice.

If you are doing this day trading for yourself , your personal account, and all profits are meant for your financial gain only, then YES.
You cannot start an LLC or a company etc. and do this as a business / for others / take commissions / etc.
