H1 visa expired when iam in india

Hai to all,

I got my visa in Oct 2007.My visa expiration date is april 2010. I went to US in march 2008 and came back in 2008 december.After that i have not went to US. Now my visa expired and i am in india.I want to extend my visa is it possible.If it is possible kindly tell me the solution.

What visa are you talking about? What is the petition expiry date? If it is a work visa, does the company wants you to join them in U.S and do they have work for you?
