H1 transfer RFE, can someone please suggest

Hi guys,

I got a new job and my H1 is going through the transfer process.

my application was received on 24th Aug, premium processing and they issue an RFE on 26th Aug.
till date my RFE document has not arrived.
they had mentioned on the The case notice that if you do not receive RFE by 10th September then request for a copy. My lawfirm did that but we still haven’t received anything.

does anyone know how long it takes?

Hi Member,
Normally RFE will take within one week or maximum two weeks to receive, if the case is under Premium. If RFE notice is not receiving within the date as per USCIS case status online portal then you can raise a service request to seek a copy.
By the way, could you please tell when did you receive the notice and what was the result?
