H1B --> H4 pending, EB3 GC priority date is current, H1B validity till 2021

My H1B EB3 Priority Date is Feb-2012
1. My current H1B with Employer expires APR-2021
2. My employment ended with Employer on JUL-2020, after which I applied for H4/EAD based on my spouse H1B and that is still under process.
3. My I94 expired on JUL-2020, so I had to apply H4 to keep my status legal which I did.

Do I still have a chance of applying for I-485/EAD based on my H1B - GC Priority date Feb-2012? What are my options now Please suggest.

Answer: Yes. If your Priority date is come current and you are eligible to file an Adjustment of status petition then you can go ahead and file the petition. What my argument is, you filed change of status petition within grace period or before ends I-94 validity.
