H4 Extension and new EAD together in same package
Hi, My husband H1B got approved and he has I140 and I have one month validity in my H4 stamping/I94. Is it okay to submit my H4 extension and new H4 EAD forms together in same package to USCIS? If yes should I have to mention any additional detail in I-539 and I-765? Thanks in Advance!

Answer: Yes. You can file H4 and H4 EAD petition together. But for each petition, you will need to include separate supporting documents. It must be in different folder and one package.
