H1B expired. Moved to H4. Is H1B sponsorship possible again?

I am currently on H4 visa. Prior to this I was on H1B visa. My H1B visa expired a month ago (Sep 2020). I have used only the first 3 years. If I get a job offer, can the employer sponsor H1B on my behalf and will I be cap exempt?

If I get a job offer, can the employer sponsor H1B on my behalf and will I be cap exempt?
Answer: Yes. If you get Job Offer, your new Employer can file H1B change of status petition from H4 to H1B and it will be considered as CAP exempt.
