Hello,
Please note my case below and my question:
1) Previous H1-B expired on September 12, 2020.
2) H1-B extension was applied five months ago and was approved with a start of September 13.
2) I-797 approval notice received on September 18
3) I-9 was updated in the last week of August as "240- Day-Extension".
4) Will be able to reverify I-9 only after October 15 due to closed office( covid)
Question:
Will delayed I-9 reverification of the recently approved H1-B create issues?
