H1B VIsa Renewal stamping travel during Covid and Proclamation period

Hello all, I am currently in the US and I have a valid H1B visa stamp until July 2021 but I changed employers earlier this year and have i797 from the new employer. With these two documents am I able to re-enter US if travelled outside or will I be denied re-entry until 12/31 due to proclamation and need to get a new visa stamp with current employer? Appreciate your input, thank you!

Hi Member,
If you have a valid stamping while coming back to the USA, you dont want to go for visa stamping again. But, you will need NIE Approval in order to return back to the country. By the way, From November 08 onwards, PP is going to come for end and travelers are free to return to the country. But you will need to follow some procedures to get the allow inside the USA.
