LCA with level 4 wages and PERM with level 3 wages?

All,
My LCA (H1B) was filed under level 4 wages. With the new H1B wage rules, my required ages have jumped by 120%.
My firm was in the planning stages of applying for GC (PERM). Can do file the PERM under level 3 wages or do they have to stick with L4 wages?

Answer: GC and H1B is two different track. So it is not required to accept H1B wages for GC. Moreover, GC wage and level can be determined by DOL. We can not pick Job code, wages and levels by our own.
