LCA with level 4 wages and PERM with level 3 wages??

All,
My LCA (H1B) was filed under level 4 wages. With the new H1B wage rules, my required ages have jumped by 120%.
My firm was n the planning stages of applying for GC (PERM). Can do file the PERM under level 3 wages or do they have to stick with L4 wages?

Hi Member,
GC prevailing wage will be directly determined by DOL. Petitioner can not select the wage level or codes by them.
And there will not be any issues, if H1B and GC wage levels are different.
