CEAC status says H1B is refused

I have been working in the US since 2015 on H1-B and have an MBA from US. My stamping had expired in Jun 2019.

I submitted my passport for dropbox stamping on 11/13/2020 and my status today says refused. I am very worried and am not sure why they refused my application. Does anyone know why this happens and what are the next steps?

Just curious to know, did you get any update on your visa application? did you take any action after you got status from consulate/ embassy?
