H1B Travel with amendement reciept

Hi Friends,


I have stamped Visa valid till May 2021 but not getting opportunity from my current employer.

Another employer willing to transfer my H1b but not on premium.

once amendment is filed, Can i travel with transfer receipt(which i will get in 15 days) or do i need to wait till petition is approved.

Hi Member,
If you are filing H1B transfer while you are in India, It is really better to wait for H1B transfer petition approval then travel to the USA with the help of existing visa approval.
