H1B Change of Employer - Starting new job while on PTO in notice period

Hi,

I am on H1B and changing employer. I have to provide notice to my present employer and my manager agreed that I can use PTO for the notice period. If I use PTO for notice period, I can start my new role before ending the notice period. My question is whether I can start my new role while I am on PTO in notice period in another company.

Any experience or reference to similar situation would be appreciated.

Hi Member,
It is up to the decision of your old and new employer.. But Please make sure to resign from your previous Employer and without having any dates clauses you need to join in the new Employer. And also, please make sure, your old Employer is withdrawing your H1B on time.
