Hi All,
I am from chennai. My husband is working in an IT company in Bangalore. Now he is in USA on H1B. I could not accompany him at the time of his departure. Now we started processing my dependant visa (H4) through his company.
Initially I got my visa appointment on June 18th and then on June 29th. Since we get the information of the interview date only a day before the date of appointment, we were unable to get the documents from Bangalore. I wanted to know whether my MRV receipt will be valid now. His company has booked for other appointment. Yet to receive the interview date.
I wanted to know if my MRV receipt is activated now. Else is that possible for us to buy a new VISA receipt (by paying the visa fee again) . Please reply.
