I 140 approved, H1b extension RFE and I94 expired . Transfer H1b

my H1b has received RFE on 12/10/2020 with my current employer and I94 expired on 11/26/2020. I am getting an offer with new employer(i previously worked with) , will there be problem getting H1b transferred to new employer . I have approved I 140 with both the employers

I think you should be good to file H1B transfer petition in this situation.
By the way, was your new employer filed the H1B transfer petition and what was the status?
