    H1B visa -- Cancelled without prejudice

    Hi,

    I got the H1B visa stamped in 2007 November and it is valid till September 2011. Recently I attended for the B1 visa then my H1B visa got canceled with the Canceled without prejudice stamp. By seeing the posts in forum I understood what does that mean. Now my concern is

    As my petition is still valid can I attend for the interview and get the H1B visa again from the same employer? If yes, what are the chances of getting the visa? are there any chances for rejecting the H1B Visa.

    Now I came to US 3 days back on business visa


    Please Advice.

    No issues. You can get it stamped again as long as the petition remains valid. Approval/Rejection depends on the documents that you submit.
