Any re-entry issues at port of entry for H1B visa holders?

Has any H1B visa-holder here recently returned from India to US?
I am trying to know if there is any risk for H1b visa holders, in entering US these days. Especially for those who could be potentially impacted by the DOL prevailing wage rule and DHS H1b strengthening rule, if it gets enforced.

DOL prevailing wage rule = Increasing the wages paid to H1B employees
DHS H1b strengthening rule - stricter correlation between education and job held.

I am planning to visit India in the Jan, and return in early Feb.

Hi,

There are no issues when re-entering the States. I had to travel for work in December, not to India, but immigration was quick. It’s usually a coin toss as to how quickly I can get through. This time it took about 5 minutes. I’m planning on traveling again in Jan.

From my experience it has been smooth in December, I don't know if they've became more strict since then. USA has released information regarding enforcing those rules recently
