Hi,

Following is my visa scenario:

-- Worked with company A on L1 from Sep 2007 to Jun 2009.
-- Did a COS to my husband's L2 from Jun 2009 till date. Currently working on my EAD.
-- My employer has decided to do my H1 B.

For how many years would it be valid if I get it approved? Would it be 6 years or would it be 6 minus (time spent on L1/L2) years?

H1B + L1 together is for 6 years. So you do the math. Time spent on L2 will not be counted against the 6 year limit.
