HI, Me (h1 ) and my wife ( h4 ) are eligible for dropbox but our daughter also H4 is not this time because she is missing the interview waiver due to her last VISA issued before turning 14 yrs and now she is 15. Itseems like she alone has to attend VISA interview but she is still a minor and needs our help inside during intervew.
My question is how we can plan this during our next india trip?...I am presuming our passport will be needed to escort her inside but not sure. Is one of the parent allowed to go with her as she is minor for the interview even though our VISA has not been renewed and then we use dropbox next day or so?.. If we use dropbox first to get VISA, our passports will not available for a while so would have to wait until we get our passports back if we can escort her for interview.
