L1 to H1

Hi

I am on L1 from company A and has a valid H1 from company B valid till sep 30th 2010. Company C is ready to take me so I would like to know 3 questions ?

1. Can Company C file H1 using the already approved H1 cap?

2. Can I still use the already approved H1 as a proof for cap exemption even after Sep end? Note I have never stamped it or used it.

3. company A already filled L1 ext and if Comany C file for H1 and L1 came after H1 will I be in L1 again ?
