L2 to H1B

I am on L2 visa. My previous employer filed a H1B petition in 2013. It got selected in lottery. I never used it and it never got stamped. But I have a approved letter of my petition. Can I revive it and COS to H1B

Hi,
Can you please let me know, till what date you had H1B Approval? Please note, If you were on H1B status within 6 years then you can recapture and file under CAP exempt.
