Stuck in India due to Lockdown

Hello,
I came to India for a vacation and stuck in India due to Lockdown and my employer is going to withdraw my position. I have my visa stamped until April 2022 and approved 140 from my previous employer, if the lockdown continues and pass the 60 days grace period will I able to transfer to a new employer after 60 days and my approved 140 can be any use for H1 transfer and future GC process?

You can transfer your H1 at any time. Your GC processing is independent of your current status. It will not be affected. However, you need to find an employer willing to hire you for a position similar to that in your I140 petition and file a fresh I140 so as to be able to port your existing priority date.
