I have a question.
I have my extension for H1b for another 3 years. I also do have my passport stamped here in USA. This was all before July last year.
Now I am going to my home country and will be coming back.
As I know now it is compulsory to have finger prints collected before getting entered in USA.
Let me know when my finger prints will be collected.
Will it happen at the port of entry while coming back to USA? or I will have to visit my home country US consulate to get that added in their system?
