H1B transfer

Hello,

I am transferring an academic H1b visa from Institute A to company B. My LCA is currently being processed.Therefore, this is a cap-exempt to cap-subject transfer. Company B is doing the transfer for me . My current academic visa expires sept 23rd. I am wondering if the fact that my visa expires on sept 23rd will be a problem in this current situation.

No issues as long as the application for transfer is received by USCIS before the current H1B expires.
