Hi,
Today i went for H1B visa interview in hyderabad consulate and it has the following conversation.
Con : Goood Morning.
Me : Good morning,Thanks,How are you doing.
Con : Good,Can i see your passport.
Me : Sure,submitted the Passport,HDFC receipt,DS160 ,I797 and US Consulate letter(given by entellects).
Con : Why are you changing the company.
Me : Replied
Con : Did you paid any money for this?
Me : No.
Con : How did you get this job.
Me : Replied with appropriate answer.
Con : What your employer does?
Me : Replied.
Con : Can you explain me about your project.
Me : Replied.
Con : Why you are not attended in 2008.
Me : Replied with appropriate answer(My H1B is approved in Sep 2008 and it is valid till Oct 2011)
Con : Do you have project description.
Me : Yes,Sumbitted project description and market analysis document.
Con : Did you read the book .
Me : Yes,It talks about rights in my stay during US
Con : Ok,Please wait sir ,i will call you.(He took Passport,I797B,DS160,Project desscription and market analysis documents)
I was waiting for the call,After 2 hours one lady called me in seperate counter and it has the following conversation and it took around 30 minutes to finish the interview .
Con : What is your project.
Me : Explained.
Con : What is your employer does.
Me : Explained.
Con : Can i see your LCA.
Me : Gave the document.
Con : Can i see federal tax returns.
Me : Gave the documents.
Con : Which Comp you are working in India.
Me : Replied,(She was typinng something in her system).
Con : Can i see your offer letter and Pay slips .
Me : Showed the offer letter and Pay slips of india company.
Con : How did you know about this US comp(Entellects).
Me : Replied.
Con : What is the interview process, is it over the phone or Inperson.
Me : I said its over the phone.
Con : When did you received your offer letter.
Me : Replied with appropriate answer.
Con : How many employes work for this company.
Me : Replied.
Con : Who is the contact person there.
Me : Replied.
Con :How did you survive for first month,if you get Visa.
Me : Replied with appropriate answer
Con : Does your employer have any guest houses there?
Me : I don know,he will book a hotel for the first month.
Con: Do you have photos of your employer company.
Me : I showed the pics(By looking at photos,she was smiling)
Con : Did you meet your employer,when you are in united states(Houston).
Me : No,He was in chicago .
Con : Can i seee your revised offer letter.
Me : yaa sure,i showed all the docs(Offer letter,Employee agreement contract letter...)
Con : Did you paid any money for this(I said No ,Again she asked same question)
Me : No.
Con : In I797C,it says amount received $2320, she asked who paid for this..
Me : I said my employer paid for this and it is a visa processing fee.
Con : What is your education back ground.
Me : Replied.
Con : Where did you studied.
Me : Replied.
Con : Can i see your educational certificates.
Me : Sure,Gave the documents.
Con : She said,wait there i will call you(She went inside with all the documents).
After 10 Mins,She came to the same counter and called me and returned the passport with I797B orginal form and educational certificates.She took the folllowing documents and said that we need to do further investigation on this,it will take 3 to 4 weeks time.

2. Market Analysys
3. Federal Tax reports for the year 2006,2007,2008,2009
4. LCA document
5. I797B xerox copy
Me : How did you contact me after 3 to 4 weeks
Con : We have your DS 160 form and all the information,we will call you.
Guys,Does anybody have similar kind of situation.What is the probability of getting VISA.
