Travel to US with VIsa expiration below 6 months

Hi Guys.

I have my h1B visa expiry in August 31 2021.
My wife got my h4 stamping in Jan and and I am planning to go India in Feb mid and return by March mid along with her and my kid

I am hearing mixed talks that it would be an issue at port of entry - as it would be less than 6 months from my visa expiry date.

Could you please advice on should I go to bring them or avoid travel at this point of time ?

Hi,
If you have valid visa, during that time you can travel. It will not make any issues. But, if you have plan to get visa extension you can do and you will be eligible for Interview waiver.
