H1B visa wait time

I just wanted to know if I apply for H1B in April 2005. How early I can get my visa in premium processing.

First of all thanks a lot. I am in B1 visa in PA. My visa is valid till May 17. So are you saying that i can get may visa before that time and dont need to get an extension in B1. Also can i get my visa stamped from Canada/Mexico or do I need to go back to India.
