H4 Visa Stamping
Hi,
My current H1 is valid till Oct 30 2021, My wife is in India and don't have H4 stamping. If I apply H1 EXT in April in premium and get approval within 2 weeks, can she go to stamping with new approval notice and travel after the stamping is done in May?
What would H1 Ext new approval notice start date would be, is it from approval date or Nov 1st? If the dates are from Nov 1 2021 how would it work?
I'm just trying to avoid the wait time for H4 Ext while we apply in the US, since I heard it is taking around 7/8 months for H4 EXT now. Please suggest.
