H1 Visa Validity and alternative options

Hello,

I have H1 visa valid till 2023, I’m now moving to Canada on Work Permit and would like to come back to US after a year.
Q1. Will my H1 visa still be valid if I works for same employer and same client after a year
Q2. If I apply to B1/B2 visa to visit the USA in meantime will my H1 visa gets revoked ?

Hi,
1. Yes.. If Job Offer will be still opened, you can utilize same Visa and Approval during the validity period.
2. Possible.. Why because, you can be on only one visa..
