H1B visa stamping - new I797 in addition to the old one for the same employer?

Hi Everyone,

My visa stamp has expired in March 2019. I have a I797 that expires on June 20 2021, and my employer has extended my visa and I have another I797 that is valid from June 21 2021 until June 20 2024.omegle xender

I am planning on going to India in March and I'm looking to book Visa appointments if they are available. Can I use my new I797 which is valid from June 21 2021 to June 20 2024? I ideally want to use that.

Hi,
Yes. You can.. But When you go for Stamping, Please carry both the approval notices if you book Appointment before June 2021.. If You get slot after June then you can carry only New H1B Approval notice..
