H1B Query for Client letter

Hi Every one

I have applied for H1B under premium processing with Pref-Vendor letter Stating that I am working at there Client location 'CLIENT'

Today I got a Query Asking for 'CLIENT-LETTER'
but 'CLIENT' and 'Pref-Vendor said' you are working in contract with 'pref-Vendor' at 'CLIENT' and 'CLIENT' cannot give any letter to you.

When i asked pref-vendor for invoice or contract between 'pref-vendor' & 'CLIENT' they say that's a very huge document and is main contract which does not have my name..

What else can i do for Answering this Query..

I have submitted Pic's of where i work 'CLIENT' and the My profile in CLIENT'S portal when i have submitted H1B first only..

Please help ... what are the other way's of proving that i am working and will be working at CLIENT. my project is long term and its good amount of work..

But only problem is CLIENT (CLIENT Manager said i cannot give letter even if i want as its Legal policy of the CLIENT )

Please help ...

can i apply from other company now my i-94 date is till Aug-16-2010 and the Dead line to answer the Query is Sept-11-2010..

Please help .......

any suggestions please help..

Hi Sairam,

Could you please reply how did you reply for the RFE? what response did you send to USCIS and what was the consequences?

I think this will help a lot of people. now a days may clients are not agreeing to give client letter.
