multiple approved H1 petitions, travel to home country, getting Visa stamping done

Please advise and help understanding the process in below scenario ,

H1 transfer is approved with a different employer and existing H1 is with current employer valid for couple more years ,
Now traveling to home country and applying for visa stamping with the current visa which is with current employer and
after returning back to USA , is it ok to join the new employer with already approved petition of transfer with the new employer .

Please share any legal complications involved , thanks

you mean to say the Visa interview officer may ask a question about this , it seems its a drop box option now , do you think due to this they may call for an interview instead of processing via drop box.

Yes. There is 50/50 chance on this.. But, I suggest you to include valid documents that is showing you are associating with only current Employer.
