I am currently working with Company A for the past 8 years in US. I am in my 8 th year extension on my H1B. Company A filed my Green card under EB3 Category couple of years back. I am planning to move to Company B. I have the following questions
1. Can the H1B transfer be done in this case, b'cos my current H1B extension is based on the approved I-140 with Company A ?
2. Once I move to company B, can I file my GC in EB2 category due to the 5+ years work experience prior to Company B? In this case, will I retain my priority date, though its in EB3 ?
