Valid H4 .. Travel to US while H1b filled and not yet stamped

Hi ..can some one please help me out here ...I am in US on H1B with stamping till DeC 2021 and my wife is in India and also having valid H4 stamping till Dec 21..now she applied H1B (from US employer )from India and it’s picked in lottery ..Can she travel with H4 visa to USA while her H1B is filed ??..Thanks for your help

Yes. She can travel.. But, please make sure, at what basis you will be filing H1B either Change of Status or consular processing.. If you file under consular processing, She will need to go for Visa stamping again for H1B in order to change the status from H4 to H1B.
