Travel to Home Country for a short visit once Picked up for H1B in Lottery

1. Can one (who is currently holding a valid work permit/EAD till Jan 2023) travel to Home country from USA and return back after a short trip (Say in May 2021) before submission of H1B petition in June 2021?

2. Can one (who is currently holding a valid work permit/EAD till Jan 2023) travel to Home country from USA and return back after a short trip (Say in July 2021) after submission of H1B petition in 30 June 2021?

3. Will there be any issue in H1B Visa Processing, if the applicant marital status changes from SINGLE in Mar 2021 to MARRIED before 30 June 2021?

Hi,
1. Yes. You can travel.. But, Only thing is, you will need to wait for updated I-94 to include in the petition..
2. Yes.. You can travel.. But at the time of Adjudication, If you are outside of country, there is possibilities of getting H1B Approved with consular processing..
3. No.. I dont really think, you will have any issues.. Why because, you will provide accurate Answer based on the current situation..
