Hi,
My H1B visa is approved and I have got an appointment with consulate. I need help with the question # 37 in the DS156 form which is:

Are Any of The Following Persons in The U.S., or Do They Have U.S. Legal Permanent Residence or U.S. Citizenship?

My sister has green card status and my brother is in H1B status.
If I mention about these, will it affect my H1B visa stamping? Should I mention about these?
