The Urgent H1 clarification ?.

I already have a L1 visa with me and I will be travelling to US by May2007. I am planning to come to India during Sep2007 for stamping by taking Vacation leave, but if my H1 is denied my any circumstances, will that create problems with my current L1 visa.Can I travel back to US with my L1 visa
as usual and work for my old company?
