Hi,
I am on H1B with approved I-140. My employer sold one business to another company and gave out the office and employees to them. I am not part of the business that was sold. I am still working for the same employer and have been working from home since March 2020. Now, because of this selling, I don't have an office nearby to work. Can I continue working from home? Do I need any amendment to my H1B if I want to stay at my current location? If yes, how long can I stay? Do I need to relocate to another city/state where my employer has an office?
