H1-DS160 form filling

Dear Immigration experts ,

I have my H1 approved in 2020 and planning for stamping and I would need your help in the below questions from DS 160

1) on previous employment

Below is my employment history

Current Organisation-4 years
Prior to current organisation -X-6.10 years
Prior to X -in Y organisation-1.4 years
Prior to Y -In Z- 3.7 years

a)Here Do I need to fill all my employment history of X,Y and Z?

b) it asking for supervisor name also in the previous employment-Do I need to provide the name of supervisors?

2) Education

Do we need to provide education details starting from SSC,Intermediate and Graduation ?

3) Relatives /Family

I have my brother/sibling in US for more than 5 years on H1 and his 2 kids were born in US only

Do I need to mention my brother details in DS160 ? Or Not required ?

Answer: Yes..

b) it asking for supervisor name also in the previous employment-Do I need to provide the name of supervisors?
Answer: Yes.

2) Education

Do we need to provide education details starting from SSC,Intermediate and Graduation ?
Answer: If you have all the information then you can start from schooling.

3) Relatives /Family

Do I need to mention my brother details in DS160 ? Or Not required ?
Answer: If you have any blood relatives then you can show them in the form..
