    Green card processing- I 140 Question


    I reclassified our green card application to EB3. This way, we can keep both the EB2 application and the EB3 application running in parallel to take advantage of both applications should they become current.


    My question is, my EB3 I140 is not filed in premium. I see mixed internet results on requesting premium processing of I140. Some of the searches show that premium processing is currently suspended. Some of the internet searches do not say anything of that sort. Can you please let me know if that is possible? Thanks!

    Hi,
    Premium processing for I-140 is available now.. You can utilize the benefit now on that.

      Hi,
      there is no suspension of I-140 petition Premium processing.. It is available past couple of months.
