H4 stamping

Hello,

I have a doubt, I am switch job and transferring my visa.

My wife visa is not transferred and she is going to India and will be returning after 3 months, she is in US with her H4 extension (I 94), she has to go for stamping when she comes back.

My question is will there be any issue when she goes for stamping....

What issues are you expecting? Are you asking if she will have issues because you are changing company? There will be no issues because of that. When she goes for stamping, she will need your original approval notice from the new company.
