Hi,
I have to go to Toronto for H1 stamping. My change of status request was denied as I went to my home country while the request was pending. I was arrested for a DUI in 2008 and completed all the formalities. Do you think Canada will give me visitor visa for the stamping if I have the interview letter from Toronto US Embassy? If yes, do I have to go thru the process of medical check-up and panel of physicians? If not, what is the alternative?
Please help me as I am in dire need.
