Hi All,
I have question related to H1b transfer and cap exemption. Org A filed my petition in 2015 and was picked with validity from Oct 2015 to Jul 2017. I traveled to US and worked with Org A for 10 months July 2016 to May 2017. Then I came back to India and resigned. Now in 2021 Org B wants to sponser and use same H1b petition. I read on this forum that a h1b petition is valid for 6 years. In my case can org B do a h1b transfer till 2022, as the embassy is closed.
