How to get a job for a Dependent oF H1B

Hi,

My wife is traveling with H1B, sponsered by her company. I am working for a diff company and i would like to travel along with her, So can any one let me know the options ( if any) to get a job in USA as a dependent of H1B

---- If you are a dependent, you will be traveling on H4 visa to the US. On H4 you are not allowed to do any job whatsoever for any organization withion the US or outside of it

---- You can however do the following:
1. Seek an employer and let them sponsor you for a H1 (COS from H4 to H1)
2. Join a college/University and complete a course work of your interest
3. Wit fo your spouse to apply for a Green Card and at the I-485 filing stage you can get an EAD that authorizes you to work for any employer in the US. Of course tis takes a very long time
4. Change to F1 (student status) by joining a University for a degree of your interest

---- Other than these if there are more options that you can think of, you may try
