Hi,
No. Employer will not come to know about your request on Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). But, as per my knowledge, you will need receipt number to request. But, Just try and do the level best.

Hi All,

I have an approved i140 and my employer is not sharing receipt number or approval notice. I looked up and filing G639 seems to be the solution to get the approval notice. If I file G639 will my employer be alerted ? I am worried that they may get alerted and revoke my I140
