H1B withdrawal notice

If the employer has sent the withdrawal notice for revoking approved H1B petition based on the employment termination of an employee, should we expect some kind of an acknowledgement back from USCIS that they received the notice.

If the employer has sent the withdrawal notice for revoking approved H1B petition based on the employment termination of an employee, should we expect some kind of an acknowledgement back from USCIS that they received the notice.

---- There will no acknowledgement by the USCIS. Instead your vlsidity period of 6 remains and you can trasnfer your H1 toa different comapny who can employ you and sponsor your H1. Of course you'll have to provise all the paystubs tht you have worked for a company in the US while on H1
