L1 to H1 stamping questions

Hi
I entered US with stamped L1 visa for company A. Here I changed my status to H1 visa for a different company B . I am going to India and need my passport get stamped for the H1B visa.

1. Was any one asked about the reason of changing visa from L1 to H1 during stamping interview?

2. What would be a reasonable answer for changing the visa from L1 to H1 for a different company?
