Did you receive the divorce decree/legally separated document from the county court? If you have one you can mention Divorced/legally separated. Until then you got to specify married. Just filing for the divorce doesn't give you divorced status.

    DS160 FORM and Marital status

    Dear All

I am filling up the DS160 form and had a question on the Marital status . I was married in 2002 but in 2009 I had filed for a divorce in US . My ex resides in US . The options that are available are either Married / Divorced / Legally seperated.

The divorce has not yet finalised so what which option should I select.

    Thanks
