Urgent Help Needed(2nd Time 221(g) Chennai.

Hello Friends

Iam really in confused state really donno what to do. I guess i can find helpgul suggestions in this forum.

I went to US 3 years back on F1. Came back to India after my H1 is approved to get my stamping done. I appeared in chennai consulate for my interview on july 25th 2010. VO gave me 221(g) for some additional documents. Dropped the docs and my passport on aug 5th 2010. They sent me another 221(g) and my passport. In this 221(g) there are many other options such as Additional Administrative Processing and PIMS Database but None of them are checked. The only box checked is following

All applications require following documents.
Completed Visa Application DS-156
Supplemental application form DS - 157
Blah Blah

So i really dont know what iam supposed to do. Do i need to send the above documents or some thing else? Please Help me....

Is anyone had gone through this worst part or anyone sailing in the same boat?Please help me.

---- Just comply with the requwst as tole by the US Consulate everytime. There is no alternative to that. You can mull over it at a later period of time

Thank You Sir for your quick response.Actually First Time VO just told me to drop the required documents and so i did. Second time i donno what to send. I need to send the checked ones or unchecked or i need to wait till dey get back to me?. Its been 2 months and iam really worried.

---- Of course, you will drop the checked documents. You have nothing to do with the unchecked documents as the US Consulate has not asked for them

---- Follow the directions of the US Consulate and do no speculate about it too much

But there is no DS-156 & DS-157 anymore. They have been replaced by DS-160.
